Quite obviously you are paying for the name with this - as a middle-class mama wouldn't normally pay $200 for a clutch. BUT, if you love and can afford Kate Spade, this doesn't disappoint. I thought it would be bigger because I didn't do my research; 'pochette' is French for an envelope shaped handbag, and this is definitely that. More of a small clutch - that will fit your cellphone, sunglasses and a couple other essentials. I do love the slim wallet attached by a chain that sits in the front pocket, so you can access that without having to dig thru the purse. Beautiful gold details, and high-quality zipper. Definite splurge - just need to find some pumps to go with it now for the wedding I'm taking it to!

I am a huge Kate Spade fan and so happy to add this to my collection! It is more than reasonably priced for the quality and big designer name. It is small, and very minimal, just right for those times when you want to carry only the basics. The neutral tones are gorgeous and all the materials including leather and hardware are premium quality. It comes with a storage dust bag with the Kate Spade name and every bit of this pochette comes individually padded and wrapped for shipping. There is so.much.wrapping! To me it's overkill and wasteful, but they really ensure ultimate protection in the shipping process.
