In the event we cannot deliver your flowers due to a factor outside of our control (missing delivery information, no gate code, or missing point of contact etc), there may be an additional delivery fee. |

Arrangements not picked up during 10am-5pm will be forfeited after 24 hours, unless another pick up time has been arranged. No refunds will be honored. |
