We trust the resins from Epax and Siraya Tech , specially designed for printing impact-resistant miniatures while keeping brilliant details.
The resin printed miniatures are of high quality and printed with vivid detail at a definition of 0.03mm.

All our resin miniatures are properly washed and dried with Hero Wash solutions, non-polluting and ecological.
We make sure that every miniature that takes the path of the post office is a miniature that we would like to paint and use on our own game table.

All of our models come properly cleaned and supports free. Yet, there might still be really minor cleaning to do.
The miniatures are not assembled and are unpainted. Glue will be needed to assemble them.

We guarantee the quality of our miniatures.
We pack all of our miniatures with the utmost care. If any issues with your miniature arise during shipping, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

SHIPPING FEES will be charged only once and calculated by Etsy at checkout.

CANADA and USA: All domestic packages will be shipped out via Post Canada. Tracking will be provided through Etsy once your item ships out. Please note we are not responsible for delays due to Covid-19, customs and/or customs duties! In the event your package is lost we will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier.

INTERNATIONAL: International orders will also ship out via Post Canada but the basic shipping doesn't include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items with untracked shipping.
You have the option to have your order insured and tracked by Post Canada.
With upgraded shipping with tracking number in the event your package is lost we will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier. If you don't select the shipping with tracking option, we cannot guarantee your order, refund or exchange in case any problem during shipment may occur.

Were a Canada based company. International orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after the date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year.
