Cybex VR1 Lat-Row Lat Pulldown and Rowing Machine - 2 in 1 Combination Machine - Rotating Handles
With this 2-in-1 lat pulldown and rowing machine, you can effectively yet gently train your back muscles, including the latissimus dorsi and the large trapezius muscle. With a large 100kg weight block in 6.5/7kg increments and the optional additional 2.5kg weight, this piece of equipment is perfect for beginners, but can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training of the large back muscles. The leg rest is height-adjustable to 11 levels, and the load arm can be adjusted to 7 levels to convert the machine from lat pulldown from above to rowing on the cable. Adjustment is child's play by pulling just one button, and the whole process is supported by a gas pressure damper. In addition, the handles are freely mounted on ball bearings and rotate, which generally protects your wrists and joints.

Great Lightweight Pullover

I'm 5’8” and about 240 lbs, and I went with an XL for this light grey quarter-zip pullover. Fit is spot-on, not too tight, not overly baggy. The material is lightweight and breathable but still feels like it has some substance, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own in mild weather.
The fabric has a nice stretch to it, which adds to the comfort and ease of movement, and it holds its shape well. The zipper is high quality, smooth to zip and feels durable.
Color is true to the description, a clean, versatile light grey that pairs easily with joggers or jeans.
