Luxx Lighting CMH Grow Light Bulb, 315 Watt, Flowering Bulb (3100K)

Ceramic metal halide (CMH) grow lights are a relatively new type of HID lighting, and outperform traditional MH and HPS grow lights. The composition of these lights result in a far more efficient operation, a fuller spectrum of light, and lower heat output. These lights are generally more expensive, but pay for themselves in energy cost savings. Many growers are upgrading their standard HID system with a new CMH system for these reasons.

Bulb Features

  • Energy efficient. High par value
  • Full spectrum 3100k or 4200k
  • Superior color quality
  • Reduced operating heat
  • Increased plant resin production
  • Rated life span 20,000 hours
  • These bulbs no longer carry a warranty because the manufacturer is no longer in business to honor any warranty claims

What does CMH stand for in grow lighting? (Definition & Benefits)

CMH stands for Ceramic Metal Halide, a type of metal-halide lamp that's also known as a Ceramic Discharge Metal-Halide (CDM) lamp. CMH lamps are often used as grow lights for indoor plants and have several advantages over traditional HID bulbs, including:

  • Color rendition - CMH lamps produce a bluish light with a color rendering index (CRI) of up to 96, which is similar to daylight. Some manufacturers say that the ceramic tube in CMH lamps, usually made of sintered alumina, allows for higher arc tube temperatures, which results in better color stability.
  • Efficiency - CMH lamps are 10–20% more efficient than traditional quartz metal halide lamps and use 20% of the power of incandescent bulbs with the same output.
  • Light quality - CMH lamps have a balanced spectrum and retain their color spectrum better than most other gas discharge lamps.
  • Heat output - CMH lamps produce low heat output, which can be beneficial in larger, taller spaces where increased ceiling height allows for better heat management and air flow.
  • Light intensity - CMH grow lights can produce more intense light than LED grow lights, which can be important for canopy penetration.

Perfect! Gentle and oil free
Size: 80 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve tried so many eye makeup removers that claim to be oil free only to find them feeling greasy. Finally found these and they’re PERFECT. Thin pad so it’s very gentle with no pulling. Feels clean with no greasy residue. Removes make up in the fine creases. If I wear eye shadow I’d likely need to use one per eye. If I wore mascara probably two per eye. But they’re inexpensive enough not to worry about using extra. I’m overly sensitive to smell and I detect a very slight astringency that fades quickly. Not offensive at all and No scent. A product that does what it says at a reasonable price. I’ll buy these forever.

Works well, burns eyes.
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
This is a good product if you use it to remove eye make up or eyebrows which you can get away with using 1 pad. Affordable, effective, and gets the job done. Only downside is the smell and it burns if it gets into your eyes.

Very small Micellar eye wipe
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
I appreciate the concept of an eye wash using Micellar wipes and like the Almaty brand but these wipes are so thin and small that it’s difficult to get them out of the jar individually and to use them to wipe even a small area ie the eye If a bit thicker and larger in diameter it might be a viable product
