DrySite is not your typical lawn that requires frequent watering and mowing. Our solution for dry and/or sandy sites utilizes a variety of fescues, native bluegrass, and perennial ryegrass which are selected for superior drought tolerance, low maintenance, and lower plant height. DrySite is excellent for both soil stabilization and erosion control on hillsides and requires little to no maintenance. This mix may take up to 12 months to fully establish.

Broadcast Seeding Rate: 2-3 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. or 20-30lbs/acre
