Directions:
1 package of Chicken Noodle Dry Soup Mix
10 to 12 cups water
12 oz. noodles
2 cans (10 oz.) chicken or cooked chicken (Rotisserie)
2 carrots, peeled and diced (optional)
Optional: 1 cup of milk
Whisk together soup mix, carrots, and water, bring to a boil, and add noodles, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until noodles are done, add milk. OR add precooked noodles
Have more time? Cook a whole chicken in the crock pot. Combine one package of Chicken Noodle Dry Soup Mix and 10 cups water in the crock pot, whole chicken, 1 to 2 bay leaves,
2 carrots, peeled and diced. When the chicken is done, take it out cool, and dice or slice the chicken. Add to crock pot and noodles. Cook until the noodles are done.
OPTION: CREAMY CHICKEN NOODLE WITH ROTISSERIE CHICKEN - Add chopped rotisserie chicken and 1 cup heavy cream
