Botanical Name: Philodendron erubescens 'Red Emerald'

Native Region/Environment: Columbian rainforests

Sun/Light: Bright indirect light, and direct morning light.

Temperature: Indoor house plant with temperatures above 60 degrees; Outdoor in USDA zones 10b-12.

Water: Allow top of soil to dry between watering, slightly drought tolerant.  Better to thoroughly moisten the soil and let it dry to the touch than to water frequently in small amount that may create dry pockets in the soil.

Soil: Organically rich and porous soil composition.

Growth Pattern: Perennial climbing vine. New leaves are very glossy, burgundy-olive green heart shaped.  They turn greener with age and become more matte.  The petioles remain a contrasting red creating a multi-toned plant.

Mature Size: Grows a thick cane to a sturdy trellis or climbing pole.  Grows 7'-10' high and up to 4' wide.  Mature leaves may be 2' in length and 8" wide.

Attributes: The burgundy red intensity will be more pronounced with more light.  Self Heading philodendron so it grows upright on a central stem, as opposed to a vine, and grows strong aerial roots from the closely spaced leaf nodes.

Pot: 4"

Philodendron Red Emerald is a commanding philo in size and a brut force beauty.  It is a personal favorite of the less abundant classic philodendrons.

All philodendron species are natural air purifiers removing formaldehyde, benzene and other VOC's common in indoor air.

This plant may have a degree of toxicity that may cause illness or discomfort if ingested.  It is grown and sold for Ornamental purposes and not intended as a food nor fodder.  Additionally, contact with the sap of this plant may cause irritation or discomfort.

Cute & practical shoes for babies!
Size: 12-18 Months Toddler, Color: Liam Chocolate Leather
Loved the slip resistance and how easy they are to put on! The quality seems really great! The shoes did end up being too big for my little man so I did have to return but plan to purchase from this shop again!

I love them
Size: 12-18 Months Toddler, Color: Under the Stars Camping Blue Leather
The absolute cutest shoes ever. I will be keeping them forever. The size is perfect, they’re very lightweight, and perfect for indoor outings like the library. They seem pretty comfortable, my son enjoys putting them on.

Hard to put on but easy to come off
Size: 12-18 Months Toddler, Color: Sebastian Shark Blue
As the title says, the shoes were a bit hard to put on and perhaps that was because we were doing it for the first time . However, they would come off super easily and so we lost one of the shoes the second time the baby wore them. That was a bummer as they aren't particularly inexpensive. We didn't really get to try them out as much as we'd have liked but based on what we saw, they looked comfortable and durable. Baby loved the shark design.

Held up for well for 5 months. Fit my son’s chubby feet like no other shoe.
My son has been wearing this shoe since he was 9 months old and was cruising furniture. I bought the 6-12 month size. He started walking at 10 months and is 14 months now. He’s still wearing this shoe and it has held up well. I have him barefoot in the house and mostly use it for when he’s in the back yard, at the gym childcare and when we are out and about. He wears shoes for several hours a day at least, though I bought the Robeez sandals at the start of summer and have been switching between the two pairs. My son has wide feet and doesn’t really fit in anything but soft sole shoes. His feet are about 5” long now and these shoes are getting too small. It’s almost time to size up! They’ve treated us well. Plus they are super cute and match every outfit. He giggles when I put them on.

Cute, different, and good quality
I had these for my kids when they were little. I am now buying them for my first grandchild. They appear to be the same good quality they were years ago. I highly recommend : )
