Royal Velvet is an English lavender plant prized for its reliability in both the garden and the harvest. It forms a neat, well-branched perennial with gray-green foliage and produces long, straight stems topped with deep purple flower spikes. Grown with care at our family-run nursery, this hardy perennial is selected for strong performance, fragrance, and dependable flowering.

In early summer, the tall stems make Royal Velvet lavender ideal for cutting and drying. Its dark calyces and violet-blue flowers hold their color and scent exceptionally well, which is why this variety is widely used for wreaths, bundles, and dried crafts.

I really love Nedra Glover Tawwab's work. I started with "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" and that opened the gateway to a broader and more helpful healing journey for me. Nedra outlines several different types of familial relationships and how challenging it can be to work through dysfunction or things we have considered normal that are not.
