aji pineapple plant size Aji PineappleA Peruvian pepper that packs a tropical punch. Like Aji Lemon drops, these plants can be very prolific, though they tend to be on the smaller side overall. While not extremely strong, the pineapple flavor does come through. These peppers are great for salsas or fermented hot sauces. Key Notes: Tropical Paradise: Slight taste of ripe pineapples. Mild to Moderate Heat: Gentle kick that enhances the overall flavor without overwhelming your palate. Subtle
