Revolutionary and space-saving, the Bushel and Berry® Raspberry Shortcake® (Rubus 'NR7') dwarf Raspberry Bush has fantastic ornamental appeal and healthy edible fruit! A few would also look terrific in just about any sunny spot in your garden and become accented in bright white blossoms and jewel-tone red fruit!
As delicious and delightful as a bowl of shortcake on a summer day, your Raspberry Shortcake® will grow to be an alluring presence in your yard from the first summer you acquire it. This dwarf variety is thornless, with a compact rounded form that will perfectly conform to your space limitations.
Its gentle arching habit will certainly create a lovely presence in your landscape, even without its fruit and flowers. Spring brings lovely, petite flowers that transform into tantalizing berries by mid-summer. The textured, toothy and pleated foliage is a delight in of itself!
Planting and Application:
Shortcake® is perfect for growing in containers and would look great on your porch or balcony. They’re that space-saving! You'll welcome the butterflies and fat bumblebees who flock to your blooms. You should also be prepared to marvel at the songbirds that seem to rejoice at the presence of a Raspberry plant in their yard. You'll soon understand their excitement when you sample the prolific and sweet fruit of your harvest every summer!
Your Raspberry Shortcake® is an ouch-less cane and incredible dwarf that won't require staking, and it's self-pollinating so you can have one or more with no problem! It's small enough to tuck into vegetable and kitchen gardens, to harvest from your paito or even in a hanging planter on a sunny porch! Include among your other pollinator garden, cottage border or even front yard edible landscaping!

#ProPlantTips for Care:
Fruiting bushes like Raspberries need full sun to flower and fruit the best. Provide an organically rich, well-drained moist location and mulch the roots well. Prune Floricane bushes after harvest, removing the canes that fruited this year, to the ground.
- Full Sun
- Regular Fertility
- Moderately Moist Well-Drained Soil
- 800-900 Chill Hours
- Prune After Fruiting
Not just attractive, but ornamental and edible sweet harvest, the Bushel and Berry® Raspberry Shortcake® will be a delectable addition to your garden today, but only if you hurry and order yours from NatureHills.com!
