It has deep rose pink double flower, but its greatest asset is its rapid upright growth habit which lends itself to hedging. As this cultivar becomes better known, it should replace Ligustrum and Hollies as a hedge plant. I have seen a 20' tall hedge in 10 years. This cultivar has been found by some to be extremely cold hardy, so it
