This one-of-a-kind tree stands apart from the rest. What you see in the photos are what you get, and there will never be another one like it.

I’m Koby, the Shimpaku Juniper. I'm a Dwarf version of the Chinese Juniper, a slow-growing coniferous evergreen tree native to eastern Asia from China to Myanmar. I’m known for my red-brown bark that often shreds in strips, leaving stunning driftwood effects. I have dark green scale-like leaves. My bark is reddish-brown and often shreds in vertical strips.

I do best in full to partial sun conditions. During the warmer months, water by submerging my pot up to the rim for 5-10 minutes. Water every 5-7 days, more often if extremely hot or dry. In the winter, water me as needed. You can check by placing a finger on about 1/2 under my soil and feeling for dampness. My soil should never feel soggy nor completely dry.

Remember that I am an outdoor tree and will not be happy living indoors. In the winter season, make sure I am outside in temperatures between 25-45 degrees Fahrenheit where I can go dormant and feel rested come springtime. Just protect me from extreme winds by placing me against a wall or under a bench.

Symbolism: The Juniper tree grows all over the Northern hemisphere. Evergreen, it grows berry-like cones (called Juniper berries) that are used in all sorts of rituals. Most uses of Juniper revolve around taking someone into your protection ceremonies and other similar welcomes and fresh starts. In Feng Shui, the Juniper possesses the Wood element, symbolizing life, growth, and vitality. Aligned with the Chi 'Zhen,' the Juniper is believed to cultivate stability amidst transformation. These qualities invite a stable flow of healthy, protective energy, promoting overall wellbeing in a space.

Must have sunscreen for kids!
Style: SPF 50 (Pack of 3), Size: 5.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 3)
This is our favorite sunscreen. It is easy to apply stays on and my kids do not get burned. I have a 9, 8 and 6 year-old we live in Florida and this is the only sunscreen we buy for their body. It does not cause any skin irritation.

Best sunscreen stick I've used
I love the Naked Sundays SPF50 Clear Glow Sun Stick. I was looking for something better to use on my Disney park days instead of carrying around a tube of sunscreen that would make a mess every time I had to reapply it. This sun stick goes on super smooth and you don't even have to get it on your hands. Absolutely no white cast, no bad smell, doesn't burn my eyes, and can be used on the face & body. It's compact size makes it perfect to slip into a purse, hip pack, or even your pocket. It is also very hydrating and leaves your skin with a beautiful glow. I love it so much that I bought multiples to keep in my purse, toiletries case, and medicine cabinet so I will always have it when and where I need it.

Only sunscreen stick I’ll use!
Fantastic sunscreen stick especially if you are acne prone! I usually steer clear of sunscreen sticks, but this one has super minimal ingredients and doesn’t contain any of the typical pore cloggers that other formulations tend to have. It’s non greasy but leaves a really pretty dewy finish on the skin. Has never broken me out and super great to throw in your purse for on the go! For reference, I am on Accutane so something like this is great to keep on hand for constant reapplication.

Effective sunscreen that feels and looks like satin on the skin
I purchased this product based on a curiosity about the brand. It was worth the gamble. It's easy to apply and feels cool to the touch (like satin on my face and arms). I also like the glow it leaves.
