The Britax Head & Body Support Pillow with full body and contoured head support provides superior comfort for your precious cargo. Includes an adjustable head support that can be removed for compatibility with the child car seat head restraint. The Britax Head & Body Support Pillow fits both car seat and stroller harness systems and has been crash tested and approved for use with all Britax convertible and infant car seats for children weighing up to 22 lbs. This accessory can be used in addition to other components in Britax car seats, i.e. infant positioning pillow, but should not be used as a substitute to required components of Britax car seats. Seriously, it's just a great chair. It's comfy, it works, it's well made and it's a fantastic price. I picked this up after trying a "criss cross" style chair that simply was NOT working for everyday, all day home office work. This chair is great and I love that the arms can go up, which turns it into a great art chair as well! The back support is solid, although it's not cushioned at all so you may find putting a little lumbar pillow will help (it hasn't bothered me but over time the elasticity of the mesh has worn a bit) It was very easy to put together and I've been using it everyday, for 8-10 hours a day for several months now. For price you can't beat it. It's also wide enough of a seat I can sit cross crossed.

Inexpensive and decent, without any negative qualities.

Easy assembly with spare parts and the one important tool: the allen wrench that tightens those bolts. The instructions were clear and the parts well marked in the blister-package that is sturdy enough that cutting through the edges of the clear plastic bubbles to get at the parts with scissors is the best method to avoid having to chase the small parts when they fly out of the ruptured package. This chair uses the "New" kind of roller which is larger than the old ones and I was able to replace the standard tandem wheels with the super-slick roller blade type that are much faster and easier to maneuver. I'm sitting in the chair now as I type and it's very comfortable, even if the back isn't adjustable. The mesh back is much better for the Summer here (where it gets really hot!) and is more flexible than the basic upholstered chair back, so it fits and conforms. The one it replaced had been reworked several times and it was still too small with the back not correctly aligned, it had fallen apart anyway and was easier to throw away in small pieces.
