Tillandsia Tectorum, native to Peru and Ecuador, is one of our rarest and most beautiful air plants! This slow-growing Tillandsia has layers of soft, white leaves that have given it the very adorable and appropriate nickname of the Snowball Tillandsia.

Plant care

Care Tips:

- Provide plenty of bright to direct or dappled sunlight to help this plant stay colourful and to help encourage blooming.

- For watering, use rain, distilled, or tap water that has been left out to dechlorinate for 24 hours first

- Soak once every other week for an hour or so. Mist occasionally in between soaks using a Mister Spray Bottle. Adjust this schedule as needed according to how dry or humid your space is. This species is drought tolerant and prefers frequent misting over long soaks.

- Place upside-down someplace with good air circulation to allow the plant to dry after watering.
