We take pride in our packaging to allow for a safe delivery. Please note that it is completely normal for a shipped plant to come with a few yellow or dead leaves, especially if shipping to a very hot or cold climate! These are live plants! GoldenGreeneryCo does our best to minimize the stress by working with USPS to minimize the time the plants are in transit. If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery.

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping insurance" option for your plants shipment.

If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping insurance! Just purchase our winter shipping insurance with your order and up to 6 of your plants will have a money back guarantee in the event they are damaged by the cold weather.

If your plants arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures of all the damages within 24 HOURS of delivery. We will do our best to replace them or refund as needed. Thank you for supporting our small business and Happy Planting!

I will never use another moisturizer again. I have highly sensitive, allergy-prone skin, and this is hands-down the best moisturizer I have ever found. It provides deep, long-lasting hydration that actually stays with you throughout the day. I also suffer from Keratosis Pilaris (KP), and this lotion has worked wonders for clearing up and smoothing out those stubborn bumps. It comes in a giant bottle that lasts a long time. The lotion itself is quite thick, so it feels slightly greasy for a brief moment right when you apply it, but it soaks in incredibly fast. Amazingly, despite how rich and thick the formula is, it has never clogged my pores or caused breakouts. If you have dry, sensitive, or bumpy skin, you need to try this!

Wanted the thickest, toughest, best moisturizer I could get for extremely dry, flaky, and all-around lousy skin. This is it. It's thick. Doesn't absorb immediately; you may have to work a little. Can leave a little odd (even slightly sticky) texture on your hands, but only for a very brief period. No visible signs except making your skin look better. The results are excellent. Vastly prefer it over HylatopicPlus, which is a prescription lotion. My mother tried it and bought her own! Also doesn't have lanolin like the original. FYI, apparently the USA version does *not* have Shea (which is a nut) but some international versions do. I'm in the USA and both mine were Shea-free. The listing here shows both ingredient lists in the pictures. If this is a factor for you, make sure to check. All told, will be using this as my main moisturizer.
