✨ Why You'll Love the Aglaonema ‘Ivy Green’
- Elegant dark-green leaves highlighted by ivory-green veins
- Thrives in low to medium light—ideal for shaded apartments and offices
- Low-maintenance and resilient—perfect for beginners or frequent travelers
- Helps cleanse indoor air to promote healthier living spaces

🌞 Light & Placement
Loves medium to low indirect light. Avoid direct sun to preserve foliage color and texture. Perfect for desks, bedrooms, or north-facing rooms in German homes.
💧 Water & Humidity
Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil are dry. Tolerates average indoor humidity; mist lightly during dry winter months for optimal freshness.
🪴 Soil & Potting
Plant in a well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. Repot every 1–2 years in spring once the roots fill the pot. Ensure proper drainage to prevent waterlogging.
🐾 Toxicity & Safety
Toxic if ingested by pets or humans due to calcium oxalate crystals. Keep out of reach of cats, dogs, and children.
🌱 Growth & Propagation
Moderate grower with a sturdy upright form. Easily propagated through stem cuttings in water or soil during spring and summer to share with friends.
📆 Seasonal & Special Care
Wipe leaves regularly to prevent dust buildup and maintain health. Reduce watering slightly in colder months when growth slows.
🐛 Common Issues
Susceptible to overwatering—yellow leaves are a warning sign. Watch for spider mites in dry indoor air; treat with neem oil and boost humidity if needed.
🧬 Botanical Background
