Care & tips Phoenix Canariensis - 300cm

The Phoenix Canariensis requires little maintenance. Originally Phoenix Canariensis grows where the sun shines a lot and the temperatures are somewhat higher than in the Netherlands. Nevertheless, this Phoenix Canariensis can last for years in the living room here as well. Although it requires little maintenance, you cannot leave it to its own devices. Make sure you always know the best care for your outdoor plant.

Water requirements Phoenix Canariensis - 300cm

The soil of the Phoenix Canariensis should always be slightly moist and never dry out. Is the plant repotted? Then it is important to use a moisture meter. It is also important to give the Phoenix Canariensis some extra water in the summer months, as it receives a lot of sunlight.

Light requirements Phoenix Canariensis - 300cm

By nature, this outdoor plant grows where the sun shines a lot during the day. Here in the Netherlands, of course, this is not so obvious. Make sure you give it a spot where it can catch a lot of direct sunlight.

Is the Phoenix Canariensis a poisonous houseplant?

The Phoenix Canariensis is not poisonous, but it does have sharp points on its leaves. So be careful with small children and hungry pets.

Good Pillows to Show Off Decorative Pillow Shams
Size: Queen - 20"*30" (pack of 2), Color: Grey
Although we have queen-sized beds, we typically use standard-sized pillows. One of the quilt sets I got this Christmas time came with queen sized pillow shams, and the standard pillows just didn't fill them properly. I could have sewn flanges on either side of the shams, but I decided to order these pillows instead. The are almost wide enough to fully fill those shams that started all this additional purchasing. (I also ended up ordering pillow protectors for the queen sized pillows.) The pillows are fluffy and substantial for now. My husband manages to flatten out pillows almost no matter how they start our. For now, so far so good. They re a medium-weight and fullness, I would say. They do a good job of showing off the pillow sham design, so that's a plus. I'm not planning for us to sleep on them, but they are added back support while watching TV. They are primarily for decorative purposes when the bed is made with the quilt and shams. They were a reasonable value for the intended purpose.
