It is not necessary to fill the jar with oil unless desired.
Please note: This product is designed for you to use with your own essential oils if you wish to diffuse by allowing the flower’s cotton wick to disperse your fragrance. The intensity of the scent will depend on the amount of essential oil you use and the specific scent you choose.
