The extra depth gives roots room to grow strong in Venus flytraps, sundews, sarracenia, butterworts, and plenty more. It holds that consistent moisture we need in our classic peat-perlite blend, fits right into standard 1020 trays for easy bottom watering, and has great drainage holes to keep things from getting waterlogged.

The mix is my trusted blend (sourced from clean, low-mineral ingredients), airy and well-draining so those sensitive roots stay happy without any junk that could throw off the pH. No mixing ratios on your end, no guesswork, just drop in your plant, water with distilled or rainwater, and you’re set.

Made from medium quality plastic that will last multiple seasons. It’s lightweight, holds up fine for our setups, and way better than terra cotta for acidic soil since it doesn’t leach anything weird.
