But boarding doesn’t have to be stressful: With the Base T, the ingenious and secure ISOFIX base unit for the Cloud T i-Size infant car seat and the Sirona T i-Size car seat for older children, you can get your little one into their seat in a totally relaxed way – all thanks to its innovative rotation mechanism. It enables you to easily swivel the car seat to face the car door, making it quick to get your child into their seat – especially useful as they get older and bigger.
Moving infant car seats in and out of the car is part of a parent’s daily life – often happening several times a day. Therefore, easy and stress-free installation is key. The Base T enables a simple installation process with indicators to confirm the car seat is correctly and securely attached – one less thing to worry about.
T LINE MODULAR SYSTEM
The Base T is the secure and variable base unit for the CYBEX T Line Modular System, which offers high protection as well as comfortable, flexible use. The unique, innovative rotation mechanism of the Base T allows the car seat to be swivelled to the side of the car door for easier entry and exit. The Base T is a particularly long-lasting solution. It accommodates two different car seats and so can be used by children up to 4 years of age.
ROTATING MECHANISM
The innovative rotation mechanism of the Base T makes it simple to swivel the Cloud T i-Size towards the car door, making it easier to get your child in and out of the car.
ISOFIX
A two-click installation with ISOFIX allows for simple installation and guarantees increased safety. In combination with the Base T the car seat is secured using the car's ISOFIX system and requires no further fastening. An installation indicator also helps to prevent a possible misuse.

Ergonomic & comfortable, wherever you go
Setting new standards for car seat comfort, an innovative recline system flattens the backrest and leg rest simultaneously, for an ergonomic lying position. During the recline your baby's head is prevented from falling forward, for unrestricted breathing. Outside the car, an ergonomic lie-flat position delivers comfort on the go.
Optimal breathability
Your child can enjoy pleasant temperatures in all seasons thanks to all-round air ventilation. The Plus fabric version features 3D mesh inserts that improve breathability by up to six times – coolness and comfort no matter the weather.
Easy on and off-boarding
180° rotation lets you swivel the Cloud T i-Size towards the car door, for effortless on and off-boarding (Base T required). It's easy to click the car seat onto the base, so snoozing babies can stay soundly asleep. You can also get your baby secure without any back strain.
Easy transition from car to stroller
Travel system compatibility lets you easily attach the Cloud T i-Size to a variety of buggies and strollers from CYBEX (adapters required). Outside the car, it also provides an unparalleled lie-flat position – almost as flat as a carrycot.
25% more side-impact protection
The proven Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System enhances safety in the event of a side crash. Together with the infant car seat's energy-absorbing shell, the L.S.P. System reduces impact forces by up to 25%. The L.S.P. also folds away if space in the car is limited.
One base – two seats
As the foundation of the T-Line Modular System, the Base T can be used with both the Cloud T i-Size and the Sirona T i-Size, for long-lasting protection and versatility. User-friendly ISOFIX release buttons make installation intuitive and easy.
Full sun protection
A retractable UPF50+ XXL sun canopy provides excellent weather protection. It also shields your child from busy surroundings like a cozy cocoon. A new mesh window not only improves airflow, but also makes it easier to check in on your child (mesh window is not UPF50+).
Grows with the child
A height-adjustable headrest has 12 positions, guaranteeing comfort and a secure fit for your growing child. With an integrated harness guide, adjustment is effortless, safe and just takes seconds.
Safe travels for the smallest babies
A newborn inlay provides a near-flat lying position for your new arrival. It minimizes the risk of the head tipping forward while sleeping, which can cause breathing difficulties. The inlay can be removed once your little one is taller than 60 cm.

If a vehicle seat is marked with this logo, it is suitable for use with all i-size child seats and therefore will not appear in our list of compatible vehicles. Installation with belt (option 2): The infant carrier can be used on all vehicle seats with a 3-point automatic belt.
