VeganPepe was created with the Vegan organic gardener in mind, for a more gentle world, and was inspired by our favorite Vegan gardener, Megan Baxter.

VeganPepe is rich with a non-animal protein source of nitrogen, soft-rock phosphorus and other trace minerals, as well as a beautiful combination of other Vegan-approved organic soil amendments that are perfect for pepper plants. It is similar to VeganMator, but it has a higher nitrogen content that is more beneficial for pepper production. VeganPepe provides the soil surrounding your plants with necessary elements to help produce a healthier plant and a more abundant crop. It will pay for itself by producing crisper, more-flavorful peppers and a more abundant harvest. Your sweet peppers will be sweeter, and your hot ones hotter!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

SOIL PREPARATION: To the area that you will be planting peppers, apply 1 to 3 cups to every 100 square feet of soil, depending on soil condition.
(1 lb. will amend 75-225 square feet of tomato growing area, 2 lbs. for 150-450 sq. ft., 10 lbs. for 750-2250 sq. ft., 15 lbs. for 1125-3375 sq. ft.)

ONGOING AMENDING: Apply 1 tablespoon of VeganPepe to the top of the soil around the base of each plant (or if you didn't amend your soil prior to planting as instructed above, increase it to 2 tablespoons per plant). As plant continues to grow, apply VeganPepe further and further away from the stem to the outside edge of the growth of the plant. This will force new root growth and ensure proper nutrients to the plant. Apply every 2 weeks for entire growing season, and apply VeganSea seaweed weekly for a comprehensive organic and Vegan growing system.

YIELD: 1 lb. is enough for approximately 2-3 plants for an average season -- 2 plant if you haven't applied VeganPepe to your soil prior to planting (and therefore use 2 tablespoons instead of 1 tablespoon per plant per application), and 3 plants if you have added VeganPepe to your soil prior to planting.
Use 2 lb. for 4-6 plants. 10 lb. for 20-30 plants. 15 lb. for 30-45 plants.

GUARANTEE: If you try our entire program and you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your money. We have never had to make good on this promise, as we have never had anyone say anything other than their plants looked healthier than ever, produced more than they'd experienced in the past, and that they couldn't believe the results! We are sure you will have the same experience — and we guarantee it. If you still aren't sure, see what other people have said about our products at the garden watchdog website, Dave's Garden.

SIDENOTE:
For more peppers per pepper plant, that are larger in size, with sweeter or hotter flavor and thicker walls, try this product. You will not be disappointed! — Happy Gardening! Bryan and Kim

Flaky and Doesn't Handle Moisture Well
Size: 36 PACK
The plates have a tiny amount of twist in the center and quite a bit of doming when flexed. While the outer edges are entirely floppy. Most of the center is smooth, but there are rough patches that flake off paper pieces when rubbed with a spoon or from a lot of moisture from food. The flat surface (not the inner walls) was able to withstand still water for about 10 minutes before weakening, so I wouldn't use it for wet or very moist foods.

Thinner Than Chinet, Far More Expensive
Size: 12 PACK
These platters are about the same size and shape as Chinet platters and are reminiscent of them in construction and form. However, these plates are about half as thick as a Chinet and at $10 for just 12 plates, that makes them FAR more expensive than Chinet which a 30-pack of their platters can be had for less than $7. So no, I won't be getting any more of these much thinner, much more expensive plates when Chinet offers a product that's usually sturdier than you need for far less than these platters. If they were cheaper than Chinet by a fair amount I'd have given them 5 stars as they're thick enough for most uses and thumbs up for compostability, but I have to call out the overpriced nature of them.
