Delivery Time
Your Garden in a Box will ship within 4-8 business days, and you'll get tracking info the following day. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple boxes (up to 7) and you'll receive a separate tracking number for each. The carrier won't contact you to schedule delivery, so be sure to track your shipment closely and print all tracking numbers.
Package Arrival
While you don't have to be home to receive your order, it's recommended. Your Garden in a Box will be delivered to the closest dry, safe location. Please verify all boxes arrived by checking your tracking numbers. If any boxes are missing, contact the carrier directly.
Inspecting Damages
Upon receiving your order, thoroughly inspect each box for any damage like dents or tears. Make sure all tape and staples are intact. Before you begin assembling, take a moment to review the assembly instructions and check that all the necessary parts are included.
