However, succulents can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below 30° F. If there is only a risk of freezing temperatures for a few days, most succulents do just fine outside if they are covered by frost cloth or a sheet until temperatures increase (I'm talking to you, Zone 9 friends).
Succulent Care: As with all succulents, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Succulents should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes. Be sure to provide your succulents with plenty of bright sunlight to maintain their vibrant colors and compact form.

So far, so good

I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. It's not easy taking 3 at a time and then remembering to take 3 more again at another time, but I will do it as long as it makes me feel better. The fruit capsules don't have any smell to them. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules. It's a small price to pay for giving my body some of the nutrients it has been craving for such a long time. I really hope this works and I will continue to get these for a few months to see if it is really making a difference. Good buy and made in the USA; a plus for sure! I will keep you posted.

Pretty Big Capsules, be aware

They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Don’t forget your fruits and veggies

I didn’t have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I don’t know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the children’s.
