The Cybex 630a Arc Trainer combines elements of a climber, cross-trainer and cross-country skier, and, like other Cybex arc trainers, it's designed to give the least amount of stress on joints while maintaining the highest level of performance.

This machine offers all of the award winning features of the 600A Arc Trainer, but adds arm handles conveniently designed with grips that enable you to put emphasis on either upper or lower body muscles. This is the patented Same Side Forward (SSF) configuration, which allows you to maintain correct posture at any degree of ramp incline. The high intensity user can lean forward without placing excess stress on the back. The reciprocal movement of the footplates allows for an accurate foot path in a natural (arc) motion, creating a relaxed feel. Four-bar linkage input arms keep the footplates at a constant angle with the floor – thereby reducing stress on the foot and ankle.

Also similar to the 600A, the Total Body 630A offers extreme durability and can take whatever you dish out. The 630A's movable arms create a curvilinear path that minimizes shoulder/elbow deviation and stress. The sturdy 630A also comes with front-mounted wheels to make the Arc Trainer more portable to preferred positions in your home and gym.

CROSS TRAINERS VS ELLIPTICALS: Not all cross trainers are created equal. Cross training refers to working various parts of the body by combining different exercises in a variety of ways. Typically one activity or sport trains certain parts of the body but not others. Cross training aims to eliminate this. Cross trainers are generally non-impact machines – sometimes called "ellipticals" – which refers to a specific motion. All ellipticals are cross trainers but not all cross trainers are ellipticals.

BURNS MORE CALORIES: More results in less time. Research shows that the CYBEX Arc Trainer burns more calories than any other cross trainer or elliptical cross trainer tested. The science behind the Arc Trainer's big calorie burn is the Arc motion. It engages the right muscles – quads and glutes – that demand lots of energy from the body when they are called upon to work. That means big calorie burn. And ... because the Arc is demanding of the muscles – not the joints, it can be used longer without putting a strain on the knees, hip or back.

THREE MACHINES IN ONE: Train for strength, power, endurance, cardio, and weight loss. The CYBEX Arc Trainer offers broad incline and resistance ranges which mean it is really 3 machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the "glide" is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a "stride" (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). At the high levels, the "climb" of a stepper or climber. Glide, Stride, and Climb. And ... lots of programs also make the Arc Trainer fun to use.

EASY ON THE JOINTS: No more "elliptical knees". Unlike other cross trainers on the market the patented Arc pattern of motion allows the hip and knee to move synchronously while the foot stays under the knee reducing joint pains and providing a more comfortable workout.

Highly recommended! 🎨✨
This Epson sublimation printer has been one of the best investments for my small business. The print quality is outstanding—colors come out vibrant, sharp, and consistent on every project. Whether I’m printing on mugs, shirts, tumblers, or keychains, the results are professional every single time. Setup was easy, and the ink conversion for sublimation works smoothly. The printer runs quietly, and the prints dry quickly, which helps a lot when working on multiple orders. I also appreciate how efficient it is with ink; it lasts longer than I expected. If you’re starting a sublimation business or simply love crafting, this printer is a game changer. Reliable, easy to use, and delivers perfect prints every time. Highly recommended! 🎨✨

Great value for the cost
Amazing quality for the prints, I bought this trying to stay away from a modded (conversion from regular to sublimation) biased by the opinion of a friend who did the conversion, but the quality was poor, and after a few washes the color will start to fade, if not immediately, and also for tumblers the color wasn’t vibrant. With this one, the entire opposite, very friendly, fast to setup, worth every penny, you can print multiple designs, the ink level barely moves, until now, no problems or needing to shake it to keep it “alive” it’s just as simple as start print and go. Also the drivers included make sure the image is mirrored, the settings are sharp and ready to print. Very recommended (my wife loves it!!)

Epson SureColor F170 Dye-Sublimation Printer. Includes Full Set of Ink
I recently invested in the Epson SureColor F170 Dye-Sublimation Printer, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This printer is designed specifically for dye-sublimation printing, offering vibrant, high-quality prints with incredible color accuracy and sharp details. The setup was straightforward, and the included full set of ink made it easy to start printing immediately without any extra purchases. The inks produce bright, durable prints that work wonderfully on a variety of sublimation-compatible materials like fabric, ceramics, and metal. What I appreciate most is the compact design of the F170 — it fits comfortably on my workspace without taking up too much room. The printer operates quietly and efficiently, making it ideal for both small business and hobbyist use. Print speeds are impressive for the quality delivered, and the Epson software integration helps streamline the printing process. Whether you’re creating custom apparel, personalized gifts, or promotional products, this printer provides consistent, professional-grade results. Overall, the Epson SureColor F170 is a reliable, user-friendly dye-sublimation printer that’s perfect for anyone looking to get into sublimation printing or upgrade their current setup. Highly recommended! Wish was borderless printing

I would not recommend if you can afford something more expensive
So far the sublimated color is not true: (example) the pretty pink comes out as orange on both polyester fabric and wooden coaster using the only three setting on the printer: paper, photo glossy, photo matt. There is no “presentation” setting for the excellent color I had on the Epson ET-2800 (which I would NOT recommend for durability nor Epson’s customer service!). I purchased Epson, again, ONLY because I could not afford other sublimation printers and this one had the best reviews of what I could find. But Epson has its customers held hostage by way of the ink. IF YOU USE ANY BRAND SUBLIMATION INK OTHER THAN EPSON, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. And Epson ink is EXPENSIVE (“average” is ~ $0.55/print based on 200 pages/bottle) when compared to the brand offered on Amazon as a substitute. So I’d recommend buying the Assurion coverage if you plan to use sublimation ink other than Epson. That is the ONLY thing that saved me when the ET-2800 went Caput (twice!). (The last time it was trashed, so Assurion refunded the original purchase price—within the mfr warranty time which Epson refused to honor.)
