• If you forgot to include a heat pack with your original order, you may place a separate order for it. The shipping fee for the additional order will be fully refunded if the total shipping cost remains the same after adding the heat pack. If the added weight increases the shipping cost (which often happens), the refund will be issued after deducting the difference.

• Each seedling is currently planted in a 3'' container.
• There is no guarantee that the seedlings will develop closed sinuses.
• Seedling size can vary by hybrid, even at the same growth phase or leaf count.
• Each seedling may vary slightly in appearance as it grows, due to natural genetic variation inherited from its two parent plants.
• The seedlings may show some fading on their leaf or leaves due to condensation and high humidity in their growing environment. Otherwise, they are healthy and in good condition.
