Aptenia cordifolia, commonly known as heartleaf ice plant or baby sun rose, is a low-growing, succulent ground cover plant native to South Africa. It is characterized by its trailing stems, small heart-shaped leaves, and vibrant, daisy-like flowers. The leaves are fleshy and glossy green, while the flowers can range in colour from shades of pink to purple. Aptenia cordifolia is a resilient and drought-tolerant plant that thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. It is commonly used as a ground cover in gardens, rockeries, and containers, providing a splash of color and spreading to create a dense mat of foliage. Narrow and small
Size: 10.5, Color: Black/City Skyline/Egret
I mostly chose these due to the foam rubber soles, as I was looking for a more comfortable sneaker. They are more comfortable and the quality looks decent, too, although I wish the leather wasn't so shiny.
The fit is quite narrow, and while they're okay for my narrow feet, I still wonder if the wider fit would have been better.
This is my 2nd pair of Cole Haan sneakers and the first were too small. So this time I ordered the next size up and the fit is not much different, so I'd say they run small all around. Despite that, they're big enough and are still quite comfortable.
Finally, the laces are too short. This is probably by design, so they're not dangling around, but I find them difficult to tie. They're nice, waxed laces, but they just need to be long enough to work with.
