It makes a wonderful container plant since the tree is slow growing. Juvenile leaves have a rich reddish bronze color and mature leaves have a spicy aroma when rubbed. Spires of white flowers appear in spring and summer followed by small purple fruit. When the plant matures, the outer bark is scraped off and long rolls of the inner bark are cut to form cinnamon sticks.

Fragrant and highly aromatic, curled cinnamon bark is used for cooking as well as herbal medicine. Cinnamon is reported to reduce blood sugar and calm nerves. Grow in an acidic potting mix in warm temperatures. Plants are approximately 12-14” tall as shown in the inset photo.

Great cushioning, easy storage

I am so happy I bought this. I do back stretches, and need to be on the floor.. Getting up & down is hard at 77, and carpets are hard. This helps sooo much! I don’t hurt my knees when getting down or getting up. The mat is comfortable and provides plenty of padding. It is easy to roll up and store with the included strap. I am tall, and there is extra length, so my head and feet are on the mat. This was a good purchase! This has not torn, and wipes down easily. It doesn’t attract dog hair, which is another reason I wanted a mat.

Great mat! Nice thick, sturdy foam! -- Im using it along my raised garden beds so I can crawl across the area that's covered w wood chips to work. I cover up lumber edges w old staples with one edge too, and can push myself up & slide it along beneath me. Great on my knees and elbows. Eliminates the need to constantly get up & down. Nice thick, sturdy foam! Gets slippery fast if I hit it w the hose!
