Beginning crimson in spring, the feathery foliage deepens to burgundy throughout the summer months, before turning vibrant crimson-red in autumn.
This compact weeping Japanese Maple is slow-growing and reaches an eventual height and spread of approximately 1.2 x 1.2 metres, making it ideal for smaller gardens, courtyard spaces, borders and container planting. It is low maintenance and thrives in moist, well-drained soil. For the richest red leaf colour, position Acer palmatum 'Ever Red' in partial shade, as full sun may cause slight fading.
