Does Capitalkidz accept insurance or Medicaid?
We do not accept direct insurance or Medicaid payments. However, the Coche XL qualifies as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please contact your provider directly regarding eligibility and reimbursement. If you need any documentation or assistance during the process, we're happy to help!
Will my child fit?
The Coche XL comfortably fits children up to approximately 48" tall. While taller children may still physically fit, the shoulder harness is optimally positioned for children 48" and under to provide proper support and safety.
Can the chair be returned if it doesn’t fit?
We understand how important proper fit and comfort are for adaptive equipment. If the Coche XL is not the right fit for your child, returns are accepted provided the chair remains in unused condition, has not been used outdoors, and is returned with the original packaging and all included components.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
The Coche XL supports children up to 110 lbs, although many children may outgrow the height range before reaching the full weight capacity.
Do you actually stock these?
Yes — we physically stock inventory in our warehouse and do not rely on drop shipping for most orders. This allows us to process and ship quickly while providing more accurate product support.
