There is no resizing fee for custom-made orders. However, we do charge a small non-refundable fee for resizing existing rings.
Alternatively, we can offer a discount if you choose to resize the ring yourself.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is our commitment! We strive to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a FULL refund, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost.
Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable, and the resizing fee is also non-refundable. We only issue refunds for items that are in a resalable condition.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
The production time for custom-made items is approximately 4-8 weeks.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
Once production has started, refunds will not be available.
The remaining 50% payment will be due upon completion of the production process.

ONE YEAR THE WIND LIMITED WARRANTY
The Wind stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Any product deemed to have a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the original retail purchase.
Please note that the limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse or misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage that occurs over time, such as scratches or the wearing off of coatings, is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
Main gemstones are not covered by The Wind Warranty, and all associated freight costs are the consumer's responsibility.
