Latin name - Murraya koenigii

Curry leaf trees are manageably-sized with lots of dainty rustling leaves, akin to neem. They make a spicy addition to any edible garden. Both the leaves and the berries of the curry tree are edible.

Curry bush trees are native to India, China, and Indochina and—SURPRISE!— they’re part of the citrus family: Rutaceae.

Aromatic and slightly bitter, curry leaves are sought after for culinary use in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and throughout Indochina. Curry leaves contain plenty of carotenoids, calcium, and iron. The edible black berries are sweet and juicy with a single viable seed contained within each. Seeds may be toxic.

The fresh leaves are widely sought for cooking (dosas, masalas AKA powdered spice blends, sambar veggie stew, and soaps). Curry leaves are also a major player in traditional Ayurvedic and Siddha medicine.

When planting, keep in mind that curry trees propagate themselves via root suckers (genetically-identical baby trees that grow from the tree’s root system). In some regions, curry is classed as an invasive weed so beware of the spreading nature if you plan to plant in-ground.

Curry bush trees can be propagated via cuttings or seeds; Our curry trees here at Incredible Edible Landscapes are propagated from seed, lending to ideal root structure and greater stability of the mature tree.

Sturdy heavy duty plates
Style: 20 Ounces, Size: 150 Count (6 Packs of 25 Bowls)
I have bought these Dixie plates for a few years. They are very good, sturdy plates. I also have the bowls to match. Plates are sturdy and will not bend like regular paper plates

Save Sanity (and Sinks)
Style: 20 Ounces, Size: 56 Count
These 20-ounce bowls have been a lifesaver for a big family with no time—or sanity—to spare for a sink full of dishes. Don’t fill one with water and leave it overnight unless you’re running a paper-mâché experiment. For hot soup, I’d recommend using two bowls, but for cereal, pasta, snacks, or fruit, they’re perfect. I even found one that had been left outside in the rain for a few days and it still hadn’t disintegrated—so sturdiness gets bonus points. Also, three scoops of ice cream plus toppings? Tested and verified. If you value your peace of mind more than your dish pile, these are the bowls you’re looking for.

These are great
Style: 20 Ounces, Size: 56 Count
These hold my hot and cold foods with no problem. I have not had an issue with leaking and it’s been safe to use in the microwave. I’ve even had liquidy foods in it. Like juices from the food. I have also eaten soups with no issues. Great price and durable.
