- A ponytail palm tree needs bright light, but because it is such a forgiving plant, it will be okay if you give it bright light about half the time. In fact, if you keep it in low light conditions half the year and provide bright light conditions the other half the year, it will be perfectly happy. This means that as long as you place it outdoors in the summer, it will tolerate any indoor light conditions you keep it in during the winter.
- In its native environment (eastern Mexico), the entire plant has been known to reach up to 30 feet in height! However, ponytail palms that are grown in gardens as landscape plants don’t usually get to be more than 10 feet tall. Kept indoors, they are rarely taller than 4 feet.
- As desert-natives, ponytail palms don’t need much humidity, but placement near a draft or vent should be avoided as it may dry out the foliage.
- Use a fast draining soil, such as a cacti and succulent potting mix. If you have potting soil, sand, and perlite already on hand, you can create your own desert soil mixture: Simply mix 1 part potting soil, 1 part perlite, and 1 part sand.

Great addition to a bedside table

I love this item. We decided to use it for our guest area and I've even had a few people ask me where they can buy one. It's got a few little dividers for organizing out money, wallet, watch, and a large space that accommodates virtually any cell phone. The wireless charger is fantastic because no matter whether a person has Android or iphone, they're able to charge their phone in the event they forgot a charger. It looks really sleek/elegant, good quality, good price, and just sits on the end table. Charging speed is actually pretty decent, with it still being able to increase at a decent speed and charge while it's still playing audio throughout the night like a sleep machine. All in all really happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

Simple Organizer and Charger

This tray is generously sized and the addition of a wireless charging mat means that it gets constant use. Works perfectly next to my husbands side of the bed. The only leather part is the vertical lip and given the low profile, doesn’t end up being very noticeable. It has provided a solution for keeping things in one place and has stopped my husband from filling every available flat surface with different odds and ends. It doesn’t end up looking very high end, but it is functional and has a very neutral appearance. It does come with a USB C cord but no brick for the outlet. I would say it is an average value overall.
