Aglaonema 'Silver Queen'
Aglaonema 'Silver Queen' is a Chinese evergreen cultivar with narrow lance-shaped leaves patterned in silver-green and darker green. It grows from short stems that gradually form a clump, with leaves held upright when young and more arching as they mature.
Silver-green colour covers much of the blade, while darker green markings follow the margins, midrib area and irregular marbling. As the plant ages, stems can lengthen into cane-like sections, and basal shoots help keep the pot filled from below.

Aglaonema 'Silver Queen' develops slim leaves on upright petioles, giving the plant a more vertical crown when young, followed by a softer arching outline as the blades lengthen.
Indoor flowering may occur on mature plants, with a pale spadix held inside a greenish-white spathe. Old flower stalks can be removed once they fade.
Aglaonema 'Silver Queen' care points
- Light: Grow in bright indirect to medium light. Filtered brightness keeps the narrow leaves firm and evenly coloured.
- Watering: Water when the top 2–5 cm of mix has dried. Mature clumps need water spread across the whole pot surface.
- Substrate: Use an airy houseplant mix with bark, perlite or pumice to keep oxygen around the roots.
- Drainage: Let excess water leave the pot fully after each watering, especially during cooler months.
- Temperature: Keep at 18–27 °C and away from cold draughts.
- Humidity: Average indoor humidity is usually suitable; dry heated rooms may cause tip browning.
- Feeding: Apply diluted fertiliser every 4–6 weeks in active growth and flush the pot occasionally.
- Repotting: Repot when roots fill the pot or the clump becomes top-heavy.
- Pruning: Remove yellowing old leaves at the base and shorten bare stems above nodes.
- Propagation: Divide crowded clumps or root stem cuttings with visible nodes.

- Brown sun marks: Shift the plant back from hot windows or intense grow lights.
- Yellowing with soft petioles: Check for cold, wet substrate and reduce watering until the root zone improves.
- Dry brown tips: Review watering consistency, fertiliser concentration and dry indoor heat.
- Bare canes: Cut mature stems above nodes and root healthy cane sections to renew the plant.

Buy 2 at a time for a fun experience

What’s better than 1 toy? Answer: 2 toys! I love using two at a time. More stimulation and fun! We use these to get all the energy out before nap time. They keep him occupied and running in two different directions. The rope part of the toy is the perfect size for him to grab onto. It came with a replacement for a wheel and rope and haven’t had to replace it yet. Toy has held up with daily play and still works perfectly.

How many dog toys have you bought that just laid on the floor unused?

New husky has more energy than an entire pre-school - even being walked more than three miles a day wasn’t sufficient to drain her excess energy.
I threw the dice on this - and it’s AWESOME. Comes with an extra rope and an extra side piece. Rechargeable with a USB-C cable. When you turn it on, the blue LEDs flash, the entire device buzzes, bounces, and races back and forth across the floor. After a couple of days of uncertainty, my new husky LOVES this. She chases it around, grabs it by the attached rope and carries it from room to room.
After a short bit of activity, the toy goes into ‘sleep’ mode, until either the dog touches it again or a timer has elapsed, and then it fires up and starts buzzing and racing around the floor again.
From a full charge, the toy will keep your dog entertained all day. Bright orange color makes it much easier to find when it’s rolled behind the toilet (as it did this afternoon). Sturdy. Highly resistant to chew damage. If this one wears out or breaks, I’ll absolutely get another one.

Puppy interactive toy

It’s a great toy as it keeps my 5 month old puppy very entertained! It is pretty hardy and made of good material as she tries to throw it around and chew it. She does swing it around and the hard part will hit her. She doesn’t seem bothered by it tho lol good size and minimum noise
When I first introduced her to it she was a little scared but now she gets excited to play with it once it finishes charging.

Cool toy. Fun for all

A cool toy. entertainment for the dogs but more so for the dog parents to watch the dogs reaction. Comes with an additional rope just in case, which I loved. Only side note I would say is that the fast mood could be a little faster. My Golden retriever figured out the speed in less than 24 hours and now picks up the toy to try to chew it up, instead of chasing. With him attempting to chew on the toy in the small time I give him, there are no teeth marks yet…this toy appears to be durable. We play in short increments but enjoy the toy.

Fun toy, but not durable for large heavy chewers

I bought this for my 80+ pound Goldendoodle, and he absolutely loved it at first. He barked at it, chased it, and it gave him some great exercise and stimulation. It definitely kept his attention and was fun to watch him play with it.
Unfortunately, once he was able to get it in his mouth, he chewed the orange end off fairly quickly. The company does include an extra replacement piece, which is actually a great idea and appreciated. However, he ended up chewing that one up too after a few more play sessions.
This toy worked well for short-term play and entertainment, but it’s not durable enough for large dogs with strong chewing habits. I think this would be much better suited for small to medium dogs.
Great concept, but I would not repurchase for a heavy chewer.
