Dwarf Amazonica has deep green leaves with prominent silver-white veins and a distinctive scallop on the leaf edges. The backsides of the leaves are burgundy. For best results, provide a bright-indirect light, with your plant being as close to the light source as possible. Be sure not to have any leaves touching the window, as this can cause temperature problems and damage the leaves. Keep the soil evenly moist at all times (but not soggy) except in the winter, when you should let the top 2 inches of soil dry out in between waterings. Provide ample humidity with a humidity tray or by grouping with other plants. Fertilize 1-2 times per month during the growing season.
