Aloe barbadensis aka Aloe Vera
A widely recognized aloe, that often is first or perhaps only aloe people think of when they hear the name. Perhaps more so associated with lotions, drinks, shampoos and many other products. Have your own aloe plant that is an easy care plant. This Aloe can be kept indoors on a windowsill, bathroom or kitchen counter, work desk. Is very tolerant, prefers not to be pampered, water then let dry completely, do not always keep moist. Great plant for beginners as it is a very forgiving plant. Use a fast-draining potting mix if potted.
Can grow well potted indoors, on patio or out flower garden if in warmer climate in Zones 9, 10, 11, cover from frost or bring inside when temperature will be in the 30's.

Aloe Vera plant often used in products for healing or health reasons. Can be used as healing gel rubbed on burns, rashes, scraps. There are around 250 types of known Aloe varieties.

This book is amazing!

This book, gave me so much of what I needed. It’s a smooth read, and gives you information, and the tools to BE! This book breaks down how life’s residue affects you in so many ways, how to clean it up, and clear it out. I was surprised at the range of situations it offers tools for. I’m better for reading this book and wasn’t much of a reader but was moved to read this book. Glad I did… one of the best decisions I’ve made.It satisfied the thirst I had to reconnect!
