To find your size, measure across the middle of your hand, as shown in the diagram. 7cm = Size 7 (small, purple cuff), 8cm = Size 8 (medium, green cuff), 9cm = Size 9 (large, brown cuff) and 10cm = Size 10 (extra large, yellow cuff). I recommend moving up a size if caught in the middle, although some prefer a tighter fit. If it helps, I'm a size 10!
