Braided Ficus Benjamina Weeping Fig, very similar to Ficus Danielle is an ornamental evergreen tropical plant suited for both indoors and outdoors, it has lovely glossy leaves that are capable of absorbing airborne toxins from the surrounding environment. Like its sibling, the Ficus lyrata or fiddle leaf fig the Benjamina Ficus plant needs lots of light too, plan on placing it in an east, west or south facing window. Outdoors is great for patio, porch, or decks preferably under shade, but it can withstand direct sunlight as well, customers in the northern climates may enjoy this beauty outdoors during spring to fall but must be brought inside once night temps drop to low 40s.

Ficus Benjamina is among the oldest plants used as houseplants worldwide. As a houseplant, Ficus is very popular, and can adapt and endure medium light conditions and generally poor treatment, this tree is a winner indoors. We do recommend providing as much light as possible, keep away from air drafts in winter, keep the soil lightly to moderately moist. This gorgeous tree can add a touch of grace and elegance to your houseplant collection, they are very simple to care for.
