  • How To Start Your Flowering Lawn Journey -- Over-seed a thin lawn or seed over bare soil to create a low mow grass lawn.
  • Better For Your Family & The Environment -- Our specialty Mow Less grass seed is kid and pet friendly. It reduces your property's carbon footprint!
  • Reduce Maintenance Costs -- Fine Fescue grasses are slow growing and reduce the need to mow. Once your flowering lawn is established, it won't require watering, except in periods of extended drought.
  • What To Expect When Using Flawn Seed -- With regular watering, Fine Fescue grass seeds will germinate in 1-2 weeks, and plants will be small for the first couple of months. Mow regularly at 2-4" for the first growing season, Watering regularly after seeding and through dry periods is critical for success.

Seeding Information:
Fine Fescues are easy to establish and can be seeded in spring, summer, or fall, or dormant seeded in late fall when the ground is frozen or over fresh snow on a calm day in winter. If seeding in spring, wait until ground thaws and soil temperatures are around 55 degrees (Late April to early May for upper mid-west states). Avoid seeding before hot and dry periods, and make sure to prevent soil from completely drying out during the germination period.

Weights are great, the stand is cheap but good
I bought this for our little home gym. The weights are accurate and comfortable to use. I did read reviews that said the plastic stand came broken for a lot of customers. I did not personally have this issue so maybe they upgraded their packaging. I can say it is a little flimsy but it works for me just fine and I don't plan on returning.

The stand DOES work! Amazing weight set! Perfect for beginners.
Style: 18lb, set of 6 with stand (Spring Bloom), Style: 18lb, set of 6 with stand (Spring Bloom)
When I got these for my beginner Pilates workouts, I absolutely loved everything about them except for the stand/rack (keep reading, the rack is actually awesome). The colors are so vibrant and beautiful and the material feels really good. The weights are 2lb, 3lb, and 4lb - this is perfect for a beginner like me who has never any used weights before. 4 lbs sounds light until you do your first 20 bicep curls ever - that’s when I realized they are perfect for my beginner level to build strength without hurting myself or flaring up my previous back and hip injuries. They have the hexagon type shape so they don’t roll away when you set them down. WELL I just couldn’t understand why the stand was pictured as an “A” shape and mine was “stuck” straight up and down so the weights had to be man handled to get them out of the rack. Or so I thought. Keep reading - I went back and I read through all the other reviews and didn’t see any other complaints about the stand, so I decided I had to take another look at mine. Well it turns out it was a user error. Lol. I wrestled with it trying to get a screwdriver under the handle to see if the screws needed to be loosened in order for it to slant in the “A” shape so the weights would come out more easily. I also tried to pull it really hard. Then I finally just grabbed one side of the stand and tried unscrew it to see if I could take it apart and rebuild it better. To my surprise - each side EASILY turned and clicked into place - with the weights FACING OUTWARD instead of inward. There’s plenty of space to get them out of the rack now! Watch the video I posted with this review to see how easy it is. Lol how embarrassing. But I know I can’t be the only one who thought they got a defective stand. Lol.
