The Science
The Exhale Co2 Bag is made from Mycelium which releases Co2. The mycelium used is a non-fruiting variant which will typically emit carbon dioxide for more extended periods of time than fruiting varieties of mycelium. The gas is exchanged through a one-way breather patch and the bag itself is fully recyclable!
Due to the density of carbon dioxide, it’s advised to use an air circulator fan to evenly disperse the Co2 throughout your grow space. If you avoid this, you may find that the Co2 will sink to the bottom of the space.
