Micro's first-ever rocker & scooter combo, offering six stages of fun for ages 1 to 6

The new Rock & Go LED is one of Micro’s most versatile and value-packed rides—seamlessly combining a rocker and a scooter to keep kids engaged and active from age 1 to 6.

A bonus for growing families: the Rock & Go can be set up for two kids to ride at once—one on the rocker, one on the scooter—doubling the fun and sharing the ride.

  • Stage 1 (Age 1+): Little ones enjoy the motion of the rocker while a parent gently rocks them using the push bar.

  • Stage 2:As their balance develops, children can begin rocking on their own—simply remove the push bar. (It can be reattached anytime for extra support.)

  • Stage 3:By moving the seat/T-bar combo to the Mini scooter base, kids can take their first ride on wheels—rolling forward while a parent provides support with the push bar.

  • Stage 4:Kids will naturally start scooting on their own—using their feet to glide forward while seated, with the push bar removed.

  • Stage 5:As early as age 2, kids are ready to stand up and scoot—just remove the seat for stand-up scooting, transitioning your ride into a beginner scooter.

  • Stage 6 (Up to Age 6): Swap the short, black T-bar for the colorful, extendable T-bar (previously used as the push-bar), allowing the Mini Scooter to ‘grow’ with your child all the way up to age 6.

Engaging study of the underpinnings of AI
Format: Kindle
This “atlas” maps what is often forgotten when discussing AI: material needs like the extraction of lithium and other minerals from the earth with the destruction of nature that requires and the workers, as well as the epistemological constraints of classification and the false proxies of data. The book is engagingly written and easy to follow while richly sourced. I’ll probably assign at least a couple of chapters to undergrads in our digital culture program. I would have loved an audio book version - but I listened to it using automatic text to speech on my phone and it was surprisingly not awful. This is the first time I’ve done that with a whole book.

A Critical Perspective on the Hype and Reality of AI
Format: Hardcover
Of the many books I have read on AI, having been interested in the topic for 35 years, this is perhaps the most profound. When I read the abstract I thought the goals for the book were going to be almost impossible to achieve. But Kate Crawford has succeeded wonderfully. I find myself referring back to marked sections of the book — and perhaps most importantly questioning some long-held beliefs I have had on the topics. I have shared the book with friends with less time invested in the topic — and they were equally glowing. I hope this finds its way onto the summer reading lists of people with far-flung interests.

My grandson loves these books!
Format: Hardcover
These books are a big hit with my grandson. They are full of facts about each animal and by comparing strengths and weaknesses determine which would overcome the other. He’s learning so much about animals’ behavior and survival skills.

My Son Can’t Get Enough of Who Would Win
Format: Hardcover
My four-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with the Who Would Win series! We really enjoy the interesting facts sprinkled throughout the chapters - it makes reading together both fun and educational. Since discovering these books, we’ve happily added more titles to our Who Would Win collection. Highly recommend for curious young readers!
