Santa Rita Prickly Pear Cactus is a succulent plant of the genus Opuntia in the Cactaceae family. Native to the American Southwest into Mexico. The Santa Rita Prickly Pear is an upright, bushy succulent shrub with colorful, round, ovate, fleshy pads. Covered with spines, the pads turn rich purple in winter before changing back to soft blue gray with warmer temperatures. This purple pad coloration also intensifies in direct sunlight and drought.

In spring, large multi-petalled and yellow flowers appear on the outer edges of the pads, creating a stunning contrast with the purple pads. They are followed by small edible purple fruits that are highly attractive to birds. Frost hardy, Santa Rita Prickly Pear is a very decorative cactus which adds beauty to the garden year-round. Typically grows up to 6-8 ft. tall (180-240 cm) and 8-10 ft. wide (240-300 cm). This low-maintenance plant is a great choice for xeriscape gardens, rock gardens, and cactus gardens. This remarkable plant is deer resistant, tolerates urban pollution and is easy to care for.

Care Tips

Light: Santa Rita Prickly Pear in the sun can promote the growth of the plant, for this reason should see more sunlight, but in the summer to shade, to prevent direct sunlight (sunburn injury). For a long time in the non-ventilated cactus, in the dry and hot season it is easy to have red spider harm and show aging like yellow-brown will affect its growth and ornamental value. To avoid the above phenomenon, it should be placed in a well-ventilated place.

Water: Santa Rita Prickly Pear is drought-resistant, watering should be less rather than more, avoid water in the pot, keep half wet can be, June to August is the growth season, want to promote the growth of fast (generally once a day watering). To keep the soil moist, pay attention to drainage during the rainy season, and do not water during the dormant period.

Soil: Is mainly loose and breathable loam, so the soil for potted plants can be mixed with sandy loam and coarse sand, and the right amount of fertilizer can be added to the soil as a nutrient for growth.

Potting: Choose a small pot, not a large one, generally as long as it is slightly larger than the shape of the plant. The pot should also have a hole in the ground to facilitate drainage. When planting, do not bury too deep, as long as the stand is stable. It is recommended to use ceramic pots. Ceramic pots have a certain degree of permeability. Clay pots lose water too quickly, plastic pots tend to retain water for too long and permeability is poor.

Temperature: Temperature is a limiting factor for the natural distribution of cacti, which requires a growth range of 59-104°F (15-40°C), with 68-86°F (20-30°C) being the optimal range.

Humidity: Santa Rita Prickly Pear grows well in average household humidity levels when grown indoors. Does not like too much humidity. Normal household humidity is good for this plant.

To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.

Make sure to leave drought periods between waterings to prevent the plant from water-logging.

      This sucks.
Well i picked this up on sale for black friday and finally got around to installing my new video card, psu, extra ssd, and finally hooking up this new monitor. The new video card doesn't have a spot for the cable from my old 1080p monitor, so this is the only monitor i can use. It's christmas eve btw. Anyways the monitor fires up fine and looks great for about 6 hours of use. Then as i'm getting ready to boot up elden ring a big vertical magenta line of pixels appears on the right half of the screen, as well as a grey horizontal line of pixels. I didn't do anything before this happened, the monitor was sitting completely still on my desk. One second it worked the next i've got this line. I tested another cable, and while unplugging the displayport cable from the monitor the pink line stayed there as it was registering "no input." So it's definitely the monitor that's broken and not something wrong with my video card or software. I tried contacting technical support early in the morning and still haven't received anything at 5 pm. I realize it's christmas eve but I'm now stuck without a functioning monitor for probably my entire time off for christmas, and will have to pay return shipping, which soaks up all the money i saved getting it on sale. Over all i'm very unhappy with this purchase. edit: Koorui, the manufacturer, never got back to me about the broken monitor they sent me, so i contacted amazon and told them my situation. they told me they couldn't send a replacement because it wasn't available, even though you can order the exact monitor off amazon through prime right now. this order was a critical failure in service with both koorui and amazon. they can't seem to lift a finger for someone who paid them money for a product they sell. they want me to ship the monitor back, receive my money back, then purchase the same monitor for a higher price from them. I'm changing my review to 1 star and i would give 0 stars if i could. unbelievable. edit: ok i shipped the monitor back. they sent me a replacement monitor and this monitor also does not work. it doesn't turn on. i plugged it into both a surge protector and a power strip, then switched the cable and it doesn't turn on. i would be extremely wary of this company and their products. edit 2: by far my worst purchasing experience on amazon. with the second broken monitor they shipped me the support guy actually asked if i would take it to a tv repair shop. i told him we don't have that in the united states and returned the item for a full refund. they got to keep my $150 for about 3 months though. these people should not be allowed to sell on amazon.

Koorui 34E6UC (34" 3440×1440, 180 Hz, 1000R curved VA panel) — But Missing Info Buyers Should Know
      Size: 34"/WQHD/1000R/HDR400
Review: I purchased two of the Koorui 34‑inch curved ultrawide monitors for a dual‑monitor setup, and so far I’m very pleased with them. The picture quality is sharp, the brightness is solid, and the “Normal” color preset looks natural without any adjustments. For the price, these 34‑inch panels deliver very good performance. That said, there are a few important details the product listing and reviews don’t mention — and knowing them ahead of time would have saved me some stress during installation. 1. YES, the 34‑inch model DOES include stand‑offs (spacers) This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and even Amazon’s Rufus incorrectly says they are *not* included. They actually come in the small accessory packet with the manual. If you’re mounting these monitors, you will need those stand‑offs because of the recessed VESA pattern. They are already in the box — just not advertised. I rushed to order a separate spacer kit because the listing didn’t mention it, so I’m putting this here to help the next person avoid that. 2. One of my monitors flashed briefly until I disabled FreeSync On one of the two monitors, I noticed a quick bright “flash” when moving the mouse. Turning off Adaptive Sync / FreeSync in the monitor’s menu fixed it instantly. The other monitor didn’t have this issue, so it seems to vary by panel. Not a defect — just something to be aware of if you see flicker or brightness pops. 3. Color and brightness match well once set manually After setting both monitors to the same brightness, contrast, and color mode, they match very well side‑by‑side. The “Normal” color preset looks the most accurate on these VA panels. 4. Build quality and packaging are solid Both monitors arrived well‑protected, and the included cables work fine. The stand is basic, but I’m using monitor arms, so that wasn’t a factor for me. 5. Too early to comment on long‑term support or durability I’ve only had these monitors set up for a few hours, so I can’t speak yet to long‑term reliability or how responsive Koorui’s support is. I’ll update this review if anything changes over time. Bottom line: These 34‑inch Koorui ultrawides are excellent for the price, especially for gaming or a dual‑monitor setup. Just be aware that: - Stand‑offs ARE included (despite the listing not saying so) - FreeSync may need to be turned off on some units - Picture quality is great once you match settings manually - Long‑term support is still unknown If the listing had mentioned the included spacers, it would have saved me a last‑minute order — so I hope this review helps the next person.

Awesome monitor! (my 3 year review)
So I've owned this monitor for about 3 years now and here's what I have to say about this monitor. The picture quality is actually really good. I got the 1080p version and I mostly use it with my Xbox series x and occasionally will use it for some lighter gaming on my gaming PC both work effortlessly well. The screen size is okay I think next time if it's in the budget I'll buy there 34 inch curved monitor. But for right now I'm sticking with this monitor until it dies and so far it's running strong 3 years later. Right now this monitor cost $80 which is an absolute steal at that price. I paid $130 for it and would say it's absolutely worth getting. There's no flickering. The setup process went smoothly. It's compatible with both my console and gaming PC! I absolutely love this monitor! I don't own the 27 inch version but I'd recommend going with either that size or bigger if you can afford it.
