Opuntia microdasys var. pallida, commonly known as the “Bunny Ears” cactus, is a charming and eye-catching addition to any cactus or succulent collection. Its flat, oval pads grow in pairs, resembling bunny ears, and gradually form a full, bush-like shape over time. The soft-looking yellow dots covering the pads are actually clusters of fine bristles called glochids, giving the plant its distinctive texture and appearance.
In the right conditions, this cactus produces stunning, trumpet-shaped flowers in bright yellow to orange hues, blooming from the tops of the pads and adding a vibrant pop of color. -
Requires bright, direct sunlight for best growth
Use well-draining cactus soil with 70–80% mineral grit (sand, pumice, or perlite)
Water deeply, then allow soil to dry completely before watering again - USDA Zone 9b – 11: around 25–30°F (-4 to -1°C)

I even used it on my face
Color: Bronze Gold
I purchased this shimmer oil to use on my legs when I’m wearing a summer slip dress. I’m not always fond of how my legs look, but once I smoothed this over my lightly tanned skin—wow, what a difference. The glow is subtle yet so flattering. One day I forgot my highlighter, so I lightly dabbed this over my contour, brushed a tiny bit over my lips with chapstick on top, and it looked amazing. Now it’s my go-to beach look: a little shimmer on my arms and legs, a tad on my lips, a soft sweep across my eyelids, and a touch on my cheekbones. It gives me that effortless, radiant vibe that’s perfect for summer.

Smells like crayons
Color: Bronze Gold
Stinks. Smells like covering yourself in melted crayons. Very cheap smelling. Left it on ny skin for an hour, then wiped with a rag and it immediately came right off. You're better off just getting bronzer.

Pretty shade; not super shiny
Color: Rose Gold
Pretty color! However- it will not be as pretty shiny as it looks like in the brand photos.
