Plant Care
-
Light - Place the plant in an area with bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight, especially in the afternoon, as it can burn the plant's leaves. Place the plant near a north or east-facing window.
-
Watering - Water the plant two to three times a week, starting at the base of the plant. Let the topsoil dry between watering sessions to avoid fungus growth. The soil should be well-drained, porous, and fertile.
-
Fertilizer - Apply liquid fertilizer once a month, or organic fertilizer like vermicompost in the ratio of one or two teaspoons around the plants once a month.
Plant Benefits
-
Air purifier - The plant removes common indoor pollutants, such as formaldehyde and benzene, and emits oxygen throughout the night. It also eliminates carbon dioxide and VOCs.
-
Low maintenance - The plant is low maintenance and can be kept indoors, at office desks, or on table tops.
-
Stress management - Live plants can help lower stress levels and reduce physical stress responses like heart rate and blood pressure.
-
Anti-radiator - The plant minimizes the radiation level emitted by electronic devices like computers, mobile phones, and laptops.
