Strelitzia nicolai, commonly known as the Giant White Bird of Paradise or Wild Banana, is a striking evergreen plant native to the coastal forests of South Africa. It is closely related to the more commonly known Strelitzia reginae, but it is much larger and more tree-like in form.

The Giant White Bird of Paradise can grow up to 10 meters (33 feet) in height, with a spread of 3–5 meters (10–16 feet). It has a sturdy, palm-like trunk that supports a crown of massive, paddle-shaped leaves. Each leaf can grow up to 2 meters (6.5 feet) long and is dark green with a glossy texture. The leaves are often torn or split by the wind, which adds to the plant's exotic appearance.

Spectacular Flowers: The plant produces large, boat-shaped bracts that house white and blue, bird-like flowers. These flowers can reach up to 30 cm (12 inches) in length and are highly ornamental, though they may be hidden within the foliage in mature specimens. IMO, its too close for my own comfort, but it still works none the less, and I've managed to use a case with it too with only minor corner lift). -The texture of the screen protector definitely distorts the pixels slightly, its just something to get used to, and probably something you'd have to see yourself, for if it would bug you or not. -It collects fingerprints like craaazy but they also wipe off craaazy easy too....sooo not fully an issue? just surprised me. Overall, for the money, I still recommend getting this protector if you're at all interested in a "paper-like" finish!
