It has no perfumy fragrance, much to my relief. Once it has dried, I can apply concealer or powder over it. You could probably use it under make up of you really wanted to, I just haven't tried it yet. My only complaint is the price but I haven't tried anything as good ad this! I've seen Ulta have sales on it every once in a while.
