Filling and moisture routine
- Fill airy: Fill with an airy, slow-degrading medium so roots can anchor and still breathe.
- Even moisture: Keep the pole evenly moist rather than wet—consistent dampness supports rooting.
- Tie gently: Use soft ties and adjust as stems thicken.
Extending and re-using the pole
- Stack sections: Extend upward by adding modules instead of replacing the whole support.
- Repositioning: When repotting, set the pole first so it sits deep and stable.
- Cleaning: Rinse off substrate and let it dry before storing spare sections.
