Great Taste and Mixes in Water Well
I’ve been using this magnesium citrate powder for a little while now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. One of the standout aspects is how well it mixes. Life Extension is a quality company, and this Magnesium is very good.
I have been taking it for maybe a year, and it helps me steer clear of debilitating nightly leg cramps, and also helps my digestion from getting sluggish.

Truly a miracle worker!!
