Silver Anniversary Yucca is a compact and elegant hybrid valued for its neat, symmetrical form and attractive silvery-gray foliage. It forms a dense, stemless rosette of moderately stiff leaves with a distinct blue-gray to silvery cast. Its manageable size and clean appearance make it an excellent choice for smaller spaces, modern gardens, or containers. Like other yuccas, it is incredibly drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, providing reliable structure and a cool color palette with minimal effort.

  • Attractive Silvery-Gray Foliage: Features a dense rosette of narrow, upright leaves with a consistent silvery-blue to gray-green hue.

  • Compact, Well-Behaved Size: Maintains a relatively small, clump-forming habit without becoming oversized or unruly, perfect for today's smaller gardens.

  • Low-Maintenance & Drought Proof: Thrives in full sun and poor, dry soil. Once established, it requires no supplemental water and is pest and disease-free.

  • Excellent Container or Accent Plant: Its size and color make it a superb choice for large patio pots, succulent combos, or as a repeated structural element in borders.

  • Year-Round Structural Interest: The evergreen, sculptural foliage provides consistent form and cool color in all seasons.

Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it. There are a few shortcomings: * The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book. * The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended. * The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

over all good book, quality pictures
Format: Paperback
this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.

Great for semi-experienced looking to build on knowledge.
Format: Paperback
Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.
