Succulent is very easy maintenance. Water only once per 7-10days. Maybe once a 2 weeks during winter season. Kokedama (Ko Kay Da Ma) is an arranged plant that grows from a ball of covered soil moss. Taking care of Kokedama plant is very easy! ★How to take care of your Kokedama ★ 1) Place it under the filtered sun. 2) Dip the moss ball into bowl of water 5~10 minutes when moss is start to dry. (Depending on the area) or spray water to the moss ball part to keep it moist but not soggy. You will receive instruction how to take care of this plant in the package. ★After you receive your Kokedama package Please be careful not to leave the package outside for long time, they are live plants. After you receive your kokedama package, please read the plant care instruction and follow them, some plant loves moist, some loves being dry out before water. Kokedama has been water enough to be healthy during the shipment. ★Handling and shipping policy Ship your order by USPS Priority Class Mail with a tracking ID. Beautiful Artwork, Delicious Treats
Format: Hardcover
I saw this book in a book store and was drawn to the beautiful artwork and simple recipes with gorgeous and more complex decoration. So far I have made one cake (the one with lime and white chocolate with almonds on top) and it was a HUGE hit with my husband. His comment was that he had to restrain himself from eating the whole thing!!

Not crafty/artistic .. maybe not for you.. if so.. some great ideas

hmmm.. where to start.. firstly.. this is one talented artist/baker/author. The photos/end products in this book.. look incredible.. That being said.. I am a great baker.. not a great crafter/painter/drawer/artist. .. Many of the decorations involve drawing for making a stencil.. or sponge painting etc..
For the seashell recipe.. it starts with.. collect sea shells from the sea shore.. (not that practical) .. the hazelnut cookies have so few ingredients.. albeit.. an amazing decoration.. I doubted their deliciousness..
I loved the suggestion of using an open book to make your butterfly icing creatures.. to give them a in flight curved effect... I just dont see me ever doing that
I did not make anything from this book.. i thumbed through it.. and returned it.. SO this is based purely on my own limitations of crafting/artistic ability.. hopefully a more ambitious home cook comes along and proves me wrong.
